2 oranges
2 apples
2 pears
4 clementines
1 bunch of grapes
4 kiwi fruits
a few strawberries
a couple of pomegranates for their seeds
1 teacupful blanched almonds
1 coffee-cupful raisins

Dice all the fruit into small cubes. Put in a large bowl and add the pomegranate seeds and the almonds. |
|
Don’t add sugar, just a drop of brandy or liqueur, or if you don’t want it sweet at all, a dash of tsipouro (aquavit).

Chill well in the fridge and serve with a chilled sweet wine.
