1 onion, sliced
1 teacupful olive oil
1 glass white wine
1 soup-spoonful raisins
1 tumbler tomato juice
1 teacupful long-grain rice
a little coriander powder
salt, pepper

Fry the onion in the oil and when it turns golden add the leeks and cook until all the liquid is absorbed. Add the wine. |
|
Bring to the boil and 5 minutes later add the rice and the raisins. Last add the tomato juice, salt, pepper and coriander. Mix well and cook until the rice and leeks are ready.
