Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the meat. Remove and season with salt and pepper. |

Place in the cooking pot together with the artichokes. Beat the eggs and yoghurt together, season with salt and pour over the meat and artichokes. |

Bake in a moderate oven from about one hour, when a golden crust will have formed on top.

The combination of lamb with the sweetness of the artichokes and the sourness of the yoghurt is ideal and no garnish is needed. Just a glass of wine for those who know how to enjoy their food.
