1 kilo minced beef
2 small onions, grated
5 small rusks soaked in water
10 mint leaves, finely chopped
pinch of oregano
3 soupspoonfuls olive oil
3 soupspoonfuls vinegar
salt
oil for frying
flour for flouring

Squeeze the soaked rusks to express the water and crumble them into the mince. Knead thoroughly, together will all the other ingredients added one by one. |

When you’ve got a homogeneous mixture, leave to rest in the fridge for at least one hour. Roll the meatballs, dip in flour and fry in hot oil.
