Wild greens pie
 
 
  1½ kilos of various greens, of those mentioned in the introduction
2 teacupfuls olive oil
1½ teacupful feta cheese
salt, pepper
1 packet pastry leaves country style
2 teacupfuls olive oil
 
Put 1 cupful of olive oil in a pan and fry the onions lightly.
Then add the raw greens, mix well with the onions, cover with the lid, lower the heat and leave to cook in their own juice until quite dry.
Season with salt and leave to cool. Add the feta cheese and mix well.
Line the baking tray with half the pastry leaves, brushing each layer with oil. Spread the filling and cover with the rest of the pastry leaves, in the same manner. Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes at 180 0C and for a further 15-20 minutes ate 220 0C.
