50 gr. feta cheese
30 gr. Macedonian manouri cheese
10 gr. kopanisti cheese
50 gr. myzithra cheese
2 soup-spoonfuls olive oil
½ teaspoonful oreganol
1 teaspoonful paprika
Mix all the ingredients in the blender until they become a smooth paste.
Serve the cheese dip with chips or fried vegetables, and especially warm toast. If you add a pinch of chili pepper, then you’ve got a superb spicy cheese salad.
