Clean the squid thoroughly and cut into rings. |

Sauté in olive oil and season with salt. |

Quench with ouzo, lower the heat and leave to simmer. If necessary, add water. |

Mix the remaining ingredients in the blender with a drop of olive oil. |
|
Pour into the squid and stir. |
|
If you use ready-made pesto, pour it into the squid. Leave to cook a little longer and then serve.
It goes without saying … you’ll drink ouzo!
